We have been using The Cleaning Company for some time now and I have to say that they have been professional and very easy to work with. Being a Marriott, we provide a high level of service and expect a high level of service from any vendors that we use. The Cleaning Company has consistently provided a professional service to our guests and are always willing to do whatever it takes to make the guest happy and in turn makes us happy.
Mike picks up and delivers most days at our hotel and he has always been friendly and professional in manner. He has always been willing to come back if a guest drops off clothes later than the designated time and he takes personal pride in making sure that both the hotel and the guests that use this service are satisfied. We hope to continue this relationship with The Cleaning Company for many years to come.
